The Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events will host the 41st Annual Chicago Jazz Festival on August 29 - September 1 in Millennium Park and the Chicago Cultural Center. A popular Labor Day weekend tradition among locals and visitors, the festival showcases four stages of free live performances by jazz artists from around the world.

This year's headliners include:

  • August 29th - Freddy Cole with Lionel Cole
  • August 30th - Art Ensemble of Chicago's 50th Anniversary
  • August 31st - Cécile McLorin Salvant
  • September 1st - Eddie Palmieri Sextet
