Mint Street Parking Deck – How to Pre-Purchase Parking
- Make your parking reservation online through this link.
- Once you are on the online reservations site, select the date for when you plan to visit the Mint Street Parking Deck.
- Select your product, and then click 'Add to Cart.'
- Enter your email address and password in the 'Returning User Checkout' box to sign in if you already have an account set up through Click and Park. If not, select 'Continue Checkout' in the Guest Checkout box.
- Enter and confirm your Billing Information and Payment Information, and make sure to click that you have read the Terms & Conditions to complete your online purchase
- Once you have completed your purchase, you will be able to download a copy of your parking pass which you can print out and bring with you to the garage or keep on your mobile device.
- Upon arriving at one of the three entrances at the parking deck (South Mint, South Graham, or W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd), pass the QR code on your parking pass in front of the reader. If you are using a mobile device, please have the application and parking permit pre-loaded before arriving at the gate.
- At the gate, you will be issued a pre-validated parking ticket for exiting at the end of your parking stay.
- Once you are headed out for the day, approach the barcode scanner at the exit and use the pre-validated exit ticket that you received at the entrance to activate the gate arm.
- If you experience any issues with the exit ticket, press the intercom button for assistance.
- If you misplaced your pre-validated parking ticket or didn't receive one upon entry, make sure to leave through the Mint St exit so a parking attendant can assist you.
