The annual Thanksgiving Day Parade is one of Chicago's grand holiday traditions. The parade is held on Thanksgiving Day at State Street in Downtown Chicago. The 2019 parade will take place on November 28th from 8:00 a.m. to 11 a.m., and feature appearances by Santa Claus and Ronald McDonald, in addition to marching bands, gigantic inflatable helium balloons, entertainers, and floats.
