Inspired by the festivals in Nuremberg, Germany, Christkindlmarket Chicago has become the largest Christmas market in the U.S., and receives more than 1 million visitors each year. Held at Daley Plaza, the market is decorated by a large Christmas tree and replica nativity scene. The annual event also features a wide-range of vendors offering German beer, wine, baked goods, meats, toys, holiday ornaments, and decorations. The market will be open Nov. 15 - Dec. 24.
