Bike Racks

Brookfield offers Houston bikers with the amenity of Bike Racks at seven of its downtown Houston garages. Bike racks are located on the first floor of the Allen Center, The Met, 1600 Smith, Heritage Clay, and 500 Jefferson. Bike Racks are free to the public. Bike security is the responsibility of each biker.

Bike Rooms

Brookfield's Bike Room is located at the Met Garage (340 W. Dallas) on the ground level across from the elevator lobby. Brookfield tenants and Met Club Members can use the Bike Room free of charge via access card. Brookfield tenants who do not have a parking access card may contact the parking office to gain free access. Non-Brookfield tenants may use the bike room at a contracted fee of $10 per month (contact office for details).

The Bike Room requires an access card for entry and provides an intercom system if assistance is required. The Bike Room provides users with access to a restroom, filtered water, sitting benches, an air pump, and recycling bins. The Bike Room is accessible 24/7 and can hold 14+ bicycles.
