Entrance to Electric Vehicle Charging Parking

Brookfield offers Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EV) stations at six of its Downtown Houston parking garages. The charging stations are operated by ChargePoint. The first four hours are free, and each additional hour or part thereafter is $5. The charging stations are located on the ground level of Allen Center, The Met, 1600 Smith, Heritage Clay, KBR, and 500 Jefferson (see garage rates and hours of operation below).

ChargePoint provides a seamless EV driving experience for all of our Brookfield customers. With ChargePoint, tenants have access to the largest EV charging network with the most advanced hardware, which allows Brookfield to easily scale its EV charging program across its portfolio.
