Brookfield offers Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EV) stations at six of its Downtown Houston parking garages. The charging stations are operated by ChargePoint. The first four hours are free, and each additional hour or part thereafter is $5. The charging stations are located on the ground level of Allen Center, The Met, 1600 Smith, Heritage Clay, KBR, and 500 Jefferson (see garage rates and hours of operation below).
