What started off as a small celebration has become a 75 year-old holiday tradition. Join more than 200,000 people on Thursday, November 28th at 9 a.m. for the annual downtown Houston Thanksgiving Day Parade. The parade is a stunning showcase of sensational floats, high-flying balloons, marching bands, and live performances. The parade will begin on the corner of Smith and Lamar streets, head north to Walker, east to Milam, south to Pease, west to Louisiana, north to Clay, west to Smith, and north ending at Smith and Dallas.
