The Houston City Hall building is located in downtown Houston, and is headquarters for the City of Houston's government. The building is also home to the offices of the Mayor, City Controller, and is where the Houston City Council holds their meetings. Located in front of the building is Hermann Square, a small park with a reflecting pool that is often used for festivals, concerts, and special events.
