With 3 levels of stores, Crown Center offers national brand retail and specialty shops, and dining options where meals can be served by miniature train or a Four-Star chef. The complex also features three live entertainment venues that offer events and interactive play areas year round.

Located across from the mall is Crown Center Square, where LEGOLAND Discovery Center and SEA LIFE Kansas City Aquarium are located. Also nearby are Science City, Union Station and the National WWI Museum.
