The David L. Lawrence Convention Center is a 1,500,000-square-foot convention, conference and exhibition building situated on the southern shoreline of the Allegheny River.  It includes almost 400,000 square feet of exhibit space, a ballroom of approximately 32,000 square feet, 51 meeting rooms, two 250 seat lecture halls. Plans also include completion of 4,500 square feet of retail space  It is owned by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County.
