The park is located within the University of Toronto campus, and is home to the Ontario Legislative Building, where the Legislative Assembly of Ontario holds its sessions. There are no recreational activities offered at the park, but picnic tables are available for visitors to sit, relax, and take in the views. Nearby attractions include the Royal Ontario Museum and the Gardiner Museum.
