The 19th Annual Downtown Holiday Market returns from November 17 through December. 23. Whether you're shopping for yourself or for loved ones, you'll certainly find something you like at the Downtown Holiday Market. Located in front of the Smithsonian American Art Museum and National Portrait Gallery, the outdoor market features nearly 180 rotating exhibitors and artisans, with approximately 70 attending the market each week. Shoppers can find a variety of fine art, crafts, jewelry, clothing, accessories, pottery, photography, and specialty foods. A number of live musical performances are also scheduled to bring holiday cheer to shoppers.
